How I Can Teach My Siberian Husky Puppy To Lie Down In The Position Then To Release Him Out Of The Position?

I want my siberian husky able to go into the lie down position then when i say release to get out of the position.
I don’t know about Siberians I hear they are very hard to train (not because their stupid but because they are very independent).
You must teach in steps.
First teach down do this for a couple of days.
Then teach stay. Use a release word such as “Dogs name…OK”
You have to do this in small steps. Be close at first and then gradually get further and further away. Not all in one day or even one week . Do this over a long period of time.
If he is younger than 6 months you might want to wait on the “stay” command.
I personally like training with a shock collar. A lot of people don’t like this so it is up to you. If you want to use a shock collar. You should make sure the dog knows all of the commands first. Then put him in the down position. Tell him to stay. If he gets up shock him but only use the lowest shock unless he ignores it then go up one.
Hold the treat down on the ground. The Dogs instink is to lie down and try to sctratch at it sometimes. and for him to get back up say “up” (its easyer for dogs if u only use 1 sylibal words). Another way is. there is sorta a pressure point right behind their should blades, push down and sorta forward(NOT HARD, just kinda firm), and it will lie down.The reward it for lieing down. Also. If you know someone who has an already trained dog, take you dog to see that dog. Have them be in the same room. make sure your dog is watching. tell the other dog to lie down, and u reward them with a treat, and do that about 3-4 times. Then tell you dog to lie down, and if he does not get it, comand the other dog to lie down and reward it. Then try you dog again. Keep going back and forth, and its garanteed to work. Trust me it worked on my stubern Jack Russel it should work on your siberian.
Catch your puppy off guard when hey is lying down already. say the command you want, then reward him with a treat and a pat. Do this for the release also ( off guard ).
I believe teaching them there natural ways and giving everything names for the things they can already do is a the best way , and it works !!!
