Antibiotics are rarely prescribed for routine neuters. He should be back to normal by now. A call to your vet is in order--this isn't normal.

Normally dogs are a little out of it for a couple of days, but if it's been 10 days you need to take him back to the vet to check for infection. Are you giving him his antibiotics the vet gave you? Make sure you give them to him because it's important to prevent infection. Call the vet.

Is his surgery area tender, red or swollen?? He may have an infection. That it's been 10 days since the surgery and he's just now feeling poorly worries me. As the vet's probably closed til Tuesday, is there an er vet you can reach or a pager for your vet? Please try and contact a vet and describe your dog's sypmtoms. Meanwhile, keep him quiet, keep good, fresh water in front of him and try not to feed him anything out of the ordinary, let him eat his regular food when he wants to. If he seems hot, you can cool him with a water spray or towel him and have him where he can get a breeze if possible. A fever can make him behave as you describe and you need to reduce it, but stay away from human meds for this, follow the vet'er vet's advice.
